Warranty for Services Provided through the Mochester (M4) App with the VLOMINGO Tuning Adapter
At DrunkLab Group (further referred to as DrunkLab), we are committed to delivering high-quality tuning services for truck drivers, bus operators, and owners of construction equipment through the Mochester (M4) app, which requires the use of the VLOMINGO adapter. This warranty policy reflects our dedication to quality and customer satisfaction, ensuring reliable performance of services provided through the Mochester (M4) app with the VLOMINGO adapter and compatible equipment. The warranty also applies to the VLOMINGO device itself, as outlined in section 7 below.
1. General Provisions
1.1. We guarantee the quality of tuning solutions provided through the Mochester (M4) app with the mandatory use of the VLOMINGO adapter, provided all conditions outlined in this warranty are met. The warranty applies only to services performed using the Mochester (M4) app, the VLOMINGO tuning adapter, and diagnostic equipment compatible with the RP 1210 protocol.
2.1. Our goal is to ensure that every service performed through the Mochester (M4) app with the VLOMINGO tuning adapter meets the customer’s expectations. Our team will continue diagnostics or tuning until the desired result is achieved. A service is considered complete once the customer confirms that the result fully meets their requirements.
2.2. The VLOMINGO tuning adapter must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions to maintain the warranty for both the device and the services provided.
3. What the Warranty Covers
The warranty covers the following services performed through the Mochester (M4) app with the VLOMINGO tuning adapter:
3.1. Removal of DPF, DEF, and EGR for supported trucks, buses (Mack, Volvo, Renault, etc.), construction equipment vehicles (Volvo CE), and Volvo Penta.
3.2. Correction of configuration errors made through the Mochester (M4) app with the VLOMINGO adapter if they result in equipment malfunctions.
3.3. The service is reapplied if the results do not match the specified parameters.
3.4. Technical support for issues related to the completed service.
4. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not apply to the following cases:
4.1. Issues resulting from improper operation of the vehicle or equipment after the service.
4.2. Damage due to the use of incompatible diagnostic equipment that does not comply with the RP 1210 protocol or failure to use the VLOMINGO adapter.
4.3. Changes to settings made by the user or third parties after the service is completed.
4.4. Issues caused by external factors (mechanical damage, improper equipment installation, power interruptions, or other issues unrelated to the app or adapter).
4.5. Cases where aserial number of the hardware device has been altered or replaced.
4.6. Indirect losses, including lost profits, equipment downtime, or other financial losses.
4.7. For the VLOMINGO adapter, the warranty does not cover:
4.7.1. Damage caused by improper use, rough handling, or external factors (e.g., overheating, water exposure, physical impact).
4.7.2. Unauthorized repairs or modifications to the adapter.
4.7.3. Natural wear and tear or cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) that does not affect the device’s functionality.
5. Submitting a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim (for services or the VLOMINGO adapter), follow these steps:
5.1. Contact our support team through the Mochester (M4) app, the form at dl.ge, or via WhatsApp using the QR code.
5.2. Provide the following information:
5.2.1. Order number or service date (for services) or proof of purchase for the adapter.
5.2.2. Description of the issue and its symptoms.
5.2.3. Details of the equipment used (truck model, diagnostic adapter, confirmation of VLOMINGO use).
5.2.4. For the adapter: serial number and purchase date.
5.2.5. If necessary, include diagnostic logs, error screenshots, or photos of the adapter.
5.3. We will promptly review your request and contact you to clarify details or schedule a repeat service or device inspection.
5.4. If a warranty claim for the adapter is approved, DrunkLab will replace the device free of charge, provided the issue falls under the warranty.
5.5. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the VLOMINGO tuning adapter to DrunkLab for warranty inspection or replacement.
6. Limitations and Conditions
6.1. The warranty for services applies only when using the Mochester (M4) app with the VLOMINGO adapter on a Windows operating system and a USB diagnostic adapter compatible with RP1210.
6.2. The VLOMINGO adapter is mandatory for service warranty eligibility. Failure to use it voids the warranty.
6.3. DrunkLab reserves the right to deny warranty service if it is determined that the user violated operating conditions or used incompatible equipment.
