To begin, simply install the Mochester App, connect your communication adapter to the vehicle, and follow the step-by-step instructions.
Applicability
DPF, SCR and EGR delete remote tuning for UD US11/US12 trucks 2010-2013. Models with MDE5, MDE7, D11H engines.
When is the service needed?
If the cost of fixing your truck’s emission systems is getting too expensive, our remote tuning service may be the perfect solution.
Derates, loss of power, poor fuel economy, and costly downtime that keeps your truck off the road are often caused by a clogged DPF filter, a malfunctioning EGR system, or a failing SCR system.
Our remote tuning service solves these problems by professionally deleting the DPF, SCR, and EGR systems through ECU software reprogramming. This eliminates some of the most common emissions-related failures and significantly lowers the ongoing maintenance costs associated with factory emission equipment.
And if you’d rather get ahead of the problem before it starts, this service is for you too. Proactively deleting these systems before they fail means you’ll never have to deal with those expensive repair bills in the first place. Once tuned, your truck will run without constant regeneration issues, EGR-related faults, SCR system faults, repeated sensor failures, or loss of performance from soot buildup and exhaust restrictions. The result is a more dependable truck with less downtime and fewer disruptions.
This service also includes a FREE HP UPRATE.

Guides & Instructions
Tuning results
- No fault codes
- No torque derates
- No warning lamps on the dashboard
- Minimal intervention into current ECU DataSet. We know what we do. No one unrelated parameter will be changed
Required hardware changes after tuning
ATTENTION!
Besides our programming, there are a few steps that should be completed:
EGR. Block the EGR flow. Disconnect the following components:
- EGR valve
- Differential pressure sensor
- Temperature sensor
WARNING #1
: do not confuse the EGR valve and camshaft position sensor connectors. These connectors are close by and very similar.
DPF/DEF. Disconnect the following components:
- ACM MODULE
- Sensor NOx Inlet
- Sensor NOx Outlet
WARNING #2
: do not disconnect the entire DPF harness, it may contain important engine-to-transmission or transmission-to-gear selector datalinks. Insulate all disconnected connectors to prevent corrosion and short circuits.
- The DPF should be removed physically
- We also strongly recommend bypassing the SCR cans or removing them
Warranty Terms and Conditions
This product is covered by D3LW™ program. D3LW is DrunkLab Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Warranty cases are resolved in priority order. The policy is “fix or return,” which means a full refund if it is impossible to fix the problem immediately.
Warranty cases are:
- Configuration errors
- ECM memory — related fault codes appear after flashing
- Aftertreatment system fault codes (not including instrument cluster reagent level code and AHI codes)
Non — warranty cases are:
- ECU replacement (different ECU serial numbers detected than stored into database during reprogramming)
- Software update campaign performed (different software detected)
- ACM connection after programming (for trucks not equipped with a retarder)
- Cracking/readout attempts detected (different fingerprint is stored into ECU)

Additional Information
It’s a remote ECU reprograrmming that disables the DPF, SCR (AdBlue/DEF), and EGR systems. In plain English, the engine is set up to run without regeneration cycles or any emissions-related controls. At the same time, we safely unlock extra horsepower and torque tailored to your specific engine configuration.
This UD tuning service is perfect for operators who are fed up with constant emissions headaches and want their truck to run reliably again. On UD US11 and US12 engines, the DPF, SCR, and EGR are all tightly connected to the engine management, so when they start failing, they create one problem after another.
In everyday use, you typically see the same issues: clogged DPF filters, frequent regens that interrupt your work, DEF dosing errors, failing NOx sensors, and carbon buildup in the EGR system. Over time this leads to warning lights, power derates, and frustrating downtime — especially when the truck is working hard.
Instead of keeping replacing expensive parts and chasing the same faults, we reflash the ECU so the engine no longer needs or reacts to those emissions systems. After the update, forced regens stop completely, and the truck ignores DEF and EGR-related faults that usually cause power loss or shutdown warnings.
The difference on the road is clear. The engine feels more predictable, delivers power more consistently under load, and doesn’t constantly adjust itself based on faulty sensor data. This is especially noticeable on trucks that run long hours or do heavy-duty work.
Our main priority is safe, stable operation after removing the emissions systems. We can also include performance tuning to give you stronger torque and better responsiveness if you want it.
Key Benefits:
- Full DPF, SCR (AdBlue/DEF), and EGR delete for UD Trucks US11 / US12
- No more forced regens getting in the way of your work
- Clears out most common DEF system faults and NOx sensor headaches
- Helps reduce carbon buildup in the EGR system and keeps airflow more stable
- Lower risk of derates, limp mode, or sudden shutdown warnings
- Engine feels smoother and more consistent, especially when it’s under load
- Cuts down noticeably on costly emissions-related repairs and maintenance
- Fully remote process — no need to remove or ship the ECU anywhere
- Horsepower uprate available
