Description
Professional EGR delete tuning for Cummins ISLe CM850 model is available remotely via TeamViewer. The entire reprogramming session is performed directly through your laptop connected to the truck, and the process typically takes no more than 25 minutes from start to finish. We also provide a limited lifetime warranty on the results of our work. No more torque reduction issues.

Applicability
This remote tuning service is designed for Cummins ISLe engines equipped with CM850 ECM platforms that require an EGR delete.
When is the service needed?
Is the cost of maintaining your Cummins ISLe CM850 emission system too high? Consider our remote tuning service.
CM850 engine emissions errors, a malfunctioning EGR valve, and a stuck EGR valve all lead to a loss of power and poor fuel economy, not to mention a rough engine idle, along with very expensive downtime.
Deleting the EGR system through ECU software reprogramming is part of our remote tuning service. It will eliminate EGR system issues and lower your maintenance costs.
This service is perfect to address reccurring EGR problems or preventive to eliminate problems before they occur. Proactively removing the EGR before it fails means you’ll never have to face those costly repairs and downtime again.
Once tuned, your Cummins ISLe CM850 will run without EGR-related faults, intake manifold clogging, power derates, or exhaust restrictions. The result is a smoother, more responsive, and far more reliable engine with noticeably better fuel economy and fewer trips to the workshop.

This is ECM tuning (adjustment) service. The result of this service is improvement the performance characteristics of customer’s equipment.

The ECM tuning may cause emission class change. Customer takes full responsibility of technical inspections and certification of his equipment regardless of his jurisdiction and local emissions regulations. DrunkLab LLC will not accept complaints due to certification incompatibilities.

Warranty cases are resolved in priority order. The policy is “fix or return,” which means a full refund if it is impossible to fix the problem immediately.
Warranty cases are:
- EGR — related fault code appears during truck usage period
- EGR — related message is shown on the display
- Torque derate caused by EGR fault codes
Non — warranty cases are:
- ECU replacement (different ECU serial numbers detected than those stored into database during reprogramming)
- Software update campaign performed (OEM software detected)
- Copyright violation — tampering, cracking, or readout attempts detected (different fingerprint stored in the ECU)

Additional Information
It’s a software modification in the ECU that disables the EGR system on Cummins ISLe engines with the CM850 control module. In plain terms, it stops the engine from using exhaust gas recirculation — something that often turns into a real headache as these engines get older.
This service is mainly for Cummins ISLe CM850 engines that are starting to show typical EGR problems: carbon buildup, rough idle, higher exhaust temperatures, and constant fault codes.
