This is not a permanent emission control delete programming! Only derates removal for trucks, buses and CE 2014+
- This service only fits engines in factory configuration.
- If your truck catches emission related errors, the derate will occur again.
Applicability
This remote tuning service is designed for Volvo, Mack, Renault, and UD trucks and buses, as well as Volvo CE equipment from 2014 and newer, equipped with OBD-based ECM systems.
When is the service needed?
This service is appropriate after the repair or replacement of the aftertreatment system when the vehicle remains in derate (reduced power) mode. It can be used when emission-related faults have been resolved, but the engine remains in derate mode.
Legal framework usage of this service
The service may require additional hardware and/or software tools on the Customer side. See “Equipment requirements” section for the details.

Additional Information
It’s an ECU tuning service that removes or prevents emissions-related power derates without doing a full delete of the DPF, SCR, or EGR systems. The idea is simple: keep the truck running reliably while stopping those annoying power limitations that pop up because of sensor glitches or emissions faults.
This service is built specifically for Volvo, Mack, Renault, and UD trucks, Volvo CE from 2014 onward. It focuses on disabling the aggressive derate behavior in the ECU while leaving all the original emissions hardware in place and working.
Modern heavy-duty trucks are packed with DPF, SCR (AdBlue/DEF), EGR, NOx sensors, pressure sensors, and all kinds of electronic monitoring. While these systems are needed for emissions compliance, they can be overly sensitive. One small fault and the truck suddenly cuts torque, limits speed, goes into limp mode, or derates completely — even when the engine is mechanically fine.
For fleet operators and drivers, this means unexpected downtime and lost money. That’s exactly what this programming helps solve.
We perform derate removal only — no hardware deletes or modifications. Since all the original emissions hardware (DPF, SCR, EGR, sensors, etc.) stays fully active, the system can still trigger a derate if it detects a genuine and serious emission-related fault.
The whole process is done remotely through the diagnostic port.
