Description
Professional DPF and EGR delete tuning for Mack and Volvo VN trucks and buses (US07, 2007-2009 USA and Canada models) with MP7/MP8/MP10 and D11F/D13F/D16F engines is available through the Mochester App. Equipment requirements are very simple. The entire programming process is performed remotely using your communication adapter and laptop. The process is fast, safe, and typically completed in 50 minutes or less. We also provide a limited lifetime warranty on our work.
To begin, simply install the Mochester App, connect your communication adapter to the vehicle, and follow the step-by-step instructions.

When is the service needed?

Required hardware changes after tuning
ATTENTION!
Besides our programming, there are a few steps that should be completed:
EGR. Block the EGR flow. Disconnect the following components:
- EGR valve
- Differential pressure sensor
- Temperature sensor
WARNING #1
: do not confuse the EGR valve and camshaft position sensor connectors. These connectors are close by and very similar.
DPF. Disconnect the following components:
- DPF differential pressure sensor
- DPF Inlet temperature sensor
- DPF Outlet temperature sensor
- Sensor NOx Outlet
All those sensors have a common connector located next to the DPF and can be unplugged with a single disconnect.
WARNING #2
: The common connector also contains a termination resistor for J1939-2, after disconnecting that connector put 120 Ohm resistance between pins C and D to the vehicle side harness. Insulate all disconnected connectors to prevent corrosion and short circuits.
- The DPF should be removed physically
- DPF controller MID177 must be disconnected for Mack US07 trucks with EMCON or Non-Catalyzed DPF System.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
This product is covered by D3LW™ program. D3LW is DrunkLab Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Warranty cases are resolved in priority order. The policy is “fix or return,” which means a full refund if it is impossible to fix the problem immediately.
Warranty cases are:
- Configuration errors
- ECM memory — related fault codes appear after flashing
- Aftertreatment system fault codes (not including instrument cluster reagent level code)
Non — warranty cases are:
- ECU replacement (different ECU serial numbers detected than stored into database during reprogramming)
- Software update campaign performed (different software detected)
- Cracking/readout attempts detected (different fingerprint is stored into ECU)

Additional Information
This is a remote ECU reprogramming service for US07 Volvo and Mack trucks (2007–2009 USA & Canada models) that disables the DPF (diesel particulate filter) and EGR (exhaust gas recirculation) systems through software modification. In simple terms, the engine is reprogrammed so it no longer depends on emissions regeneration cycles or EGR feedback to run normally.
It’s a Volvo/Mack ECM tuning and emissions delete solution built specifically for older heavy-duty trucks, where emissions systems often become the main reason for repeated breakdowns and downtime.
US07 Volvo and Mack trucks from 2007–2009 are known for strong, durable engines, but the emissions systems added during that period tend to create problems as mileage increases. DPF filters slowly clog up, regen cycles become more frequent, and EGR components build up carbon that restricts airflow and affects combustion.
Over time, this leads to familiar issues like power loss, warning lights, unstable idle, and occasional derate or limp mode events — usually when the truck is working hard or covering long distances.
This service fixes those issues at the ECU level. We reflash the engine software so the truck no longer relies on DPF or EGR inputs to operate. Once the update is done, regeneration cycles stop being triggered, and EGR feedback is no longer part of engine control.

Had a tuck brought to me on the hook. It would start and die.
Was told someone tried to program it.
Had Drunk Lab do there thing and they got the truck back to stock then re programmed it. Truck started right up and has never ran better.
This company is extremely quick at what they do and the software is flawless.
The customer support is like no other. If you are unsure about anything. They always have the answer and if not they will go out and get it for you.
