Description

Professional DPF, SCR/DEF, and EGR delete tuning for MP7/MP8/MP10 and D11/D13/D16 US14–US17 engines (Mack and Volvo trucks) is available through the Mochester App. This service includes a DEF/AdBlue level gauge adjustment option. This means the DEF level display will be properly calibrated and will not remain stuck at empty or constantly show a full reading (“gauge erection” solution by DrunkLab). The entire programming process is performed remotely using your communication adapter, the VLOMINGO Tuning Adapter, and a laptop. The process is fast, safe, and typically completed in 20 minutes or less. We also provide a limited lifetime warranty on our work.

Required hardware changes after tuning

ATTENTION! After applying our EGR/DPF/SCR delete service:

  • The EGR valve should be unplugged and the flow should be blocked
  • ACM (Aftertreatment Control Module) and both NOx sensors must remain unplugged indefinitely! Plugging them back in will cause a “soot level high” message and immediate engine derate!
  • The DPF must be removed physically
  • We also strongly recommend bypassing the SCR cans or removing them

Warranty cases are resolved in priority order. The policy is “fix or return,” which means a full refund if it is impossible to fix the problem immediately.

Warranty cases are:

  • Configuration errors
  • ECM memory — related fault codes appear after flashing
  • Aftertreatment system fault codes

Non — warranty cases are:

  • ECU replacement (different ECU serial numbers detected than stored into database during reprogramming)
  • Software update campaign performed (different software detected)
  • ACM connection after programming (for trucks not equipped with a retarder)
  • Cracking/readout attempts detected (different fingerprint is stored into ECU)
