What Is Your Warranty Policy?
Support and replacement rules for covered devices.
All warranty requests are handled in priority order to ensure the fastest possible resolution. Our standard Warranty Policy follows a “fix or return” principle: we will first attempt to diagnose and resolve the issue, and if it cannot be fixed promptly, a full refund will be issued.
For devices manufactured by HamCom Electronics, including the RAZDOLBOSCH adapter, the VLOMINGO adapter and VILKUS-62 emulators, a “return and replace” policy applies, meaning defective hardware is replaced with a new unit.
