What is OTP?
One-Time Password (OTP) is a unique code that you use for transactions to confirm your identity and protect your account. This extra layer of security ensures that even if someone gets hold of your password, they won’t be able to access your account without the OTP.

Please, be informed, that we can not provide any services in the M4 (Mochester) App without a linked OTP account. We need to clarify and identify that you are a real person.
How to Set Up and Use OTP?
- Go to the account linking page: Link Your Account.
- Choose how you’d like to receive your OTP, whether through messaging apps like WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, iMessage or directly via SMS.
- Press the “Link” button. See screenshot below
After finishing these steps, you can be sure that you won’t meet any issues with payment transactions in our Mochester (M4) App.
