How to apply for a wallet refund in DrunkLab Store.

Refund requests are processed manually upon customer request. To be eligible, you must submit your refund request within 180 calendar days of your most recent Wallet deposit. Once the request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Please note that requesting a refund may result in the termination of your participation in the DrunkLab Loyalty Program and the loss of any associated benefits or accumulated discounts.
