Description
Professional Euro 4/Euro 5 SCR delete for all Volvo engines from D5 to D16 and all Renault engines, with no compromises, is available through the Mochester App. Equipment requirements are very simple. The entire programming process is performed remotely using your communication adapter and laptop. The process is fast, safe, and typically completed in 10 minutes or less. We also provide a limited lifetime warranty on our work.
We don't use OEM software from trucks for different markets.
To begin, simply install the Mochester App, connect your communication adapter to the vehicle, and follow the step-by-step instructions.
Applicability
Remote tuning service is designed for Volvo and Renault trucks and buses equipped with Euro 4 and Euro 5 emission systems (2007–2012 model years).
When is the service needed?
If the cost of fixing your truck’s or bus’s emission systems is getting too expensive, our remote tuning service may be the perfect solution.
Derates, loss of power, poor fuel economy, and costly downtime that keep your truck or bus off the road are often caused by a failing SCR system.
Our remote tuning service solves these problems by professionally deleting the SCR system through ECU software reprogramming. This eliminates some of the most common emissions-related failures and significantly lowers the ongoing maintenance costs associated with factory emission equipment.
And if you’d rather get ahead of the problem before it starts, this service is for you too. Proactively removing the SCR system before it fails meanфs you’ll never have to deal with those expensive repair bills in the first place. Once tuned, your truck or bus will run without SCR-related errors or performance loss caused by system restrictions. The result is a more dependable vehicle with less downtime and fewer disruptions.

Required hardware changes after tuning
ATTENTION!
Besides our programming, there are a few steps that should be completed:
- Volvo trucks: remove the F10 fuse from the electrical center inside the cab
- Renault trucks: remove the F107 fuse from the electrical center inside the cab
We recommend bypassing the SCR cans or removing them.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
This product is covered by D3LW™ program. D3LW is DrunkLab Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Warranty cases are resolved in priority order. The policy is “fix or return,” which means a full refund if it is impossible to fix the problem immediately.
Warranty cases are:
- Configuration errors
- ECM memory — related fault codes appear after flashing
- Aftertreatment system fault codes (not including instrument cluster reagent level code)
Non — warranty cases are:
- ECU replacement (different ECU serial numbers detected than stored into database during reprogramming)
- Software update campaign performed (different software detected)
- ACM connection after programming
- Cracking/readout attempts detected (different fingerprint is stored into ECU)

This is a remote ECU reprogramming service for Volvo and Renault Euro 4/5 trucks (2007–2012) that disables the SCR (AdBlue/DEF) system through software modification. In simple terms, the engine is reprogrammed so it no longer depends on AdBlue dosing, NOx sensor feedback, or SCR-related control logic to operate normally.
It’s a Volvo/Renault ECM tuning and SCR delete solution built for older Euro 4/5 trucks, where SCR system failures are one of the most common causes of downtime, warning lights, and reduced engine performance.
Volvo and Renault Euro 4/5 trucks from 2007–2012 are still widely used across Europe and other regions thanks to their solid mechanical platforms. However, the SCR (AdBlue) system added to meet emissions standards often becomes a weak point as these vehicles age.
NOx sensors start failing, AdBlue pumps or injectors lose accuracy, and the system begins to trigger false warnings or permanent fault codes. In many cases, this leads to derate conditions, limp mode, or unexpected power limitations that interrupt daily operation.
