Important Notice

Dear Prevost owners! Contact Support before buying services.

ATTENTION!

ECM part number 22581042 and newer can only be done using VLOMINGO Tuning Adapter!

IMPORTANT EXCEPTION 1
(Mack): EATS/DPF message on the dashboard may occur on some instrument cluster versions. No torque reduction as a result.

IMPORTANT EXCEPTION 2
(Volvo/Mack): A fault code: MID140 (instrument cluster) PPID278 FMI9 (After-treatment reagent level) will occur, the reason is that DEF level is not available on the trucks with DEF system deleted. No torque reduction as a result.

If possible, use VLOMINGO Tuning Adapter to get rid of the exceptions.

Applicability

We're announcing first in the world US Volvo VNL (Volvo trucks, Mack trucks, Volvo buses USA newest model, since 2014, 16-pin OBD diagnostic socket) delete solution via reprogramming. Suitable for trucks requiring delete of emission control systems (DPF/SCR).

When is the service needed?

If the cost of fixing your truck’s emission systems is getting too expensive, our remote tuning service may be the perfect solution.

Derates, loss of power, poor fuel economy, and costly downtime that keeps your truck off the road are often caused by a clogged DPF filter or a failing SCR system.

Our remote tuning service solves these problems by professionally deleting the DPF and SCR systems through ECU software reprogramming. This eliminates some of the most common emissions-related failures and significantly lowers the ongoing maintenance costs associated with factory emission equipment.

And if you’d rather get ahead of the problem before it starts, this service is for you too. Proactively deleting these systems before they fail means you’ll never have to deal with those expensive repair bills in the first place. Once tuned, your truck will run without constant regeneration issues, DEF system faults, repeated sensor failures, or loss of performance from soot buildup and exhaust restrictions. The result is a more dependable truck with less downtime and fewer disruptions.

Guides & Instructions

Tuning results

  • No fault codes (see "Important notice" for exceptions)
  • No torque reduction
  • 3 or 4 SCR — related ECUs are flashed in parallel
  • Minimal intervention into current ECU DataSet. We know what we do. No one unrelated parameter will be changed

Required hardware changes after tuning

ATTENTION!

After applying our DPF/SCR delete service:

  • ACM (Aftertreatment Control Module) and both NOx sensors must remain unplugged indefinitely! Plugging them back in will cause a “soot level high” message and immediate engine derate!
  • The DPF must be removed physically
  • We also strongly recommend bypassing the SCR cans or removing them

Warranty Terms and Conditions

This product is covered by D3LW™ program. D3LW is DrunkLab Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Warranty cases are resolved in priority order. The policy is “fix or return,” which means a full refund if it is impossible to fix the problem immediately.

Warranty cases are:

  • Configuration errors
  • ECM memory — related fault codes appear after flashing
  • Aftertreatment system fault codes (not including instrument cluster reagent level code and AHI codes)

Non — warranty cases are:

  • ECU replacement (different ECU serial numbers detected than stored into database during reprogramming)
  • Software update campaign performed (different software detected)
  • ACM connection after programming (for trucks not equipped with a retarder)
  • Cracking/readout attempts detected (different fingerprint is stored into ECU)

Company advantages

  • Fast tuning: With the Mochester App (M4 App), customers can order and apply tuning solutions without scheduling TeamViewer sessions.
  • Safe and Controlled Tuning Workflow: The OTP-based confirmation system, the guided and approved connection, and the verified tuning process protect against the risks of incorrect programming and/or configuration
  • Wide hardware compatibility: Works with the RP1210-compatible adapters including Nexiq, Noregon, DPA5, Inline 6, and Scanmatik
  • Advanced 2014+ vehicle support: The Mochester App, combined with the VLOMINGO Tuning Adapter works with Volvo, Mack, Renault, UD, Prevost, Volvo CE, and Volvo Penta platforms, and also provides access to TRW EMS 2.3 and TRW EMS 2.4 ECUs
  • Advanced 2023+ and 2025+ vehicle support: Mochester App with the RAZDOLBOSCH Tuning Adapter provides wide support for 2025+ (USA) Volvo and Mack trucks, Prevost and Volvo buses, as well as 2023+ (Euro 6) Volvo and Renault trucks and Volvo buses, including protected and difficult-to-access modern Bosch ECM 4.x platforms
  • 24/7 technical assistance: Integrated support system with rapid diagnostics assistance, warranty handling, and troubleshooting through chat on dl.ge website, WhatsApp, or the Mochester App (M4 App) support section

Additional Information

It’s a remote ECU reprogramming that disables the DPF (diesel particulate filter) and SCR (DEF/AdBlue) systems. In practice, the engine is reprogrammed to operate without regeneration cycles or DEF-related control logic. This helps eliminate many of the common emissions-related faults that lead to derates, warnings, and unexpected downtime in daily operation.

This Mack / Volvo USA 2014+ DPF & SCR delete tuning service is designed for heavy-duty trucks where emissions systems have become a constant source of downtime and frustration. On these platforms, DPF and SCR systems are deeply integrated into engine management, which means when they start failing, the whole truck feels it.

Over time, DPF filters begin to clog more frequently, regeneration cycles become more aggressive, and SCR systems start throwing DEF-related faults. NOx sensors are also known to fail, often triggering derates or limp mode at the worst possible moment—right in the middle of a haul or job.

Instead of continuously replacing expensive emissions components, this service reflash the ECU so the engine no longer relies on DPF and SCR logic. The truck stops initiating forced regens and stops reacting to DEF system faults that typically lead to reduced power or shutdown warnings.

After the update, most operators notice the truck becomes more predictable in daily use. Power delivery feels steadier under load, and the engine no longer constantly adjusts itself based on emissions feedback loops that often become unreliable with mileage.

Key Benefits:

  • Removal of DPF and SCR (DEF/AdBlue) control for Mack & Volvo USA 2014 trucks, depending on configuration
  • No more forced DPF regens interrupting work or causing unnecessary downtime
  • Eliminates common DEF system faults and NOx sensor-related error codes
  • Helps avoid limp mode situations, derates, and unexpected shutdown warnings
  • Makes the truck feel more stable and predictable under load and during heavy operation
  • Reduces the need for frequent repairs and lowers long-term emissions system costs
  • Fully remote ECU programming — no need to visit a workshop or remove the ECU
