Description
This is a warranty replacement for your VILKUS-62 Black DPF/SCR-off emulator. If your device has stopped working due to a manufacturing defect or has failed under normal use, we will send you a new replacement unit free of charge. The process is simple and handled quickly by our support team.

This warranty replacement is only available for original VILKUS-62 Black emulator purchased from DL.GE. All replacements are subject to our standard warranty terms.
When is the service needed?
If your VILKUS-62 Black emulator has stopped working, shows connection issues, or has failed to communicate properly with the vehicle’s ECM, you may be eligible for a free replacement under our warranty policy.
How to get the solution?
All warranty cases are processed manually by DrunkLab Support Team. If you have any problems with your device follow these simple instructions:
- Contact DrunkLab Support and create warranty request
- Be ready to provide pics/videos of the faulty device to prove the device has no mechanical damage
- Support engineer approves the warranty replacement of the device according to the diagnostics results and the provided photo/video materials
