Description

Professional DPF/DEF/EGR delete tuning for Cummins X15, L-series, and B-series engines is available remotely via TeamViewer. The entire reprogramming session is performed directly through your laptop connected to the truck, and the process typically takes no more than 25 minutes from start to finish. We also provide a limited lifetime warranty on the results of our work. No more torque reduction issues.

To get started, select your preferred date and time for the remote appointment and provide any additional required truck information.

Applicability

This remote tuning service is designed for Cummins X15, L9, and B-series engines equipped with CM2350 and CM2450 ECM platforms requiring delete of emission control systems (DPF/DEF/EGR).

When is the service needed?

If the cost of fixing your truck's emission systems is getting too expensive, this tuning service may be the solution. A derate, loss of power, poor fuel economy and costly downtime that keeps your truck off the road can be caused by a clogged DPF filter, a failing DEF system or a stuck EGR valve.

Our tuning service solves these problems by deleting DPF, DEF and EGR professionally through ECU software reprogramming. This helps eliminate some of the most common emissions related failures and lowers the ongoing maintenance costs associated with factory emissions equipment. And if you'd rather get ahead of the problem before it starts — this service is for you too. Proactively deleting these systems before they fail means you never have to deal with the repair bills in the first place.

Once tuned, your truck can run without constant regeneration issues, DEF fluid faults, repeated sensor failures or loss of performance from soot build-up and exhaust restrictions. This results in a more dependable truck with less downtime and less disruption.

Guides & Instructions

Tuning results

  • No DPF/DEF/EGR — related fault codes
  • No torque reduction
  • FREE HP upgrade to the maximum manufacturer setting for this CPL (Critical Parts List) and the vehicle specification
  • No unrelated parameters will be changed

Required hardware changes after tuning

Failure to complete these steps may result in fault codes, reduced performance, or engine damage.

  • Unplug all DPF/DEF/EGR system sensors
  • Physically block the EGR flow (install block-off plates or equivalent)
  • Physically remove the DPF (remove the filter entirely from the exhaust system)

Strongly recommended (for best reliability and performance):

  • Bypass or completely remove the DEF cans

Warranty Terms and Conditions

This service is covered by the D3LW™ Program — DrunkLab Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Warranty cases are resolved in priority order. The policy is “fix or return,” which means a full refund if it is impossible to fix the problem immediately.

Warranty cases are:

  • DPF/DEF/EGR — related fault code appears during truck usage period
  • DPF/DEF/EGR — related message is shown on the display
  • Torque derate caused by DPF/DEF/EGR fault codes

Non — warranty cases are:

  • ECU replacement (different ECU serial numbers detected than those stored into database during reprogramming)
  • Software update campaign performed (OEM software detected)
  • Copyright violation — tampering, cracking, or readout attempts detected (different fingerprint stored in the ECU)

Company advantages

  • Industry expertise: Extensive hands — on experience Cummins ECM tuning, delivering stable, accurate, and safe solutions.
  • Quick remote service: Fast remote tuning sessions through TeamViewer with flexible weekday scheduling, short turnaround times, and complimentary HP updates.
  • Dependable assistance: 24/7 support via chat and WhatsApp (+995 555 535 577), fast warranty handling, and careful tuning without unnecessary parameter modifications
  • Client-oriented approach: Clear legal terms, transparent communication, and long-term warranty coverage for added confidence.

Additional Information

This is a remote ECU reprogramming for Cummins X15 engines that disables the main emissions systems — EGR, DPF, and SCR (DEF/AdBlue), depending on how the truck is configured.

It takes away the parts of the emissions system that usually cause the most issues over time: regenerations, DEF errors, and power derates. The idea is to let the engine run in a more stable and predictable way without constantly reacting to emissions-related inputs.

This service is mainly used on CM2350 and CM2450 platforms, where emissions control is tightly integrated into the engine’s operation. The problem is, as mileage builds up, these systems often become the weakest link. DPF filters clog, NOx sensors start failing, DEF quality messages appear out of nowhere, and the truck can suddenly drop into derate when you least expect it.

For a lot of operators, it turns into a cycle — fix one thing, and another issue shows up shortly after.

Instead of continuing down that path, the ECU is reprogrammed so the engine no longer relies on those emissions systems to function normally.

Once that’s done, the behavior of the truck changes quite noticeably:

  • no more forced regens
  • no DEF-related warnings or shutdown risks
  • no emissions-driven derates or limp mode

What most drivers notice first is consistency. The engine feels more “steady” under load, power delivery becomes smoother, and the truck stops making random adjustments based on sensor data that often becomes unreliable with age. On long hauls or heavy-duty work, that difference is usually very obvious.

Key Benefits:

  • Full Cummins X15 emissions delete (EGR, DPF, SCR depending on setup)
  • No more forced DPF regeneration cycles
  • Eliminates DEF/SCR faults and NOx sensor issues
  • Reduces EGR carbon buildup and related failures
  • Helps prevent derates, limp mode, and shutdown warnings
  • More stable engine behavior under load
  • Easier long-term maintenance and diagnostics
