Description

Professional DPF/EGR/SCR/NOx delete tuning for Cummins ISX CM2250 model is available remotely via TeamViewer. The entire reprogramming session is performed directly through your laptop connected to the truck, and the process typically takes no more than 25 minutes from start to finish. We also provide a limited lifetime warranty on the results of our work. No more torque reduction issues.

To get started, select your preferred date and time for the remote appointment and provide any additional required truck information.

Applicability

This remote tuning service is designed for Cummins ISX engines equipped with CM2250 ECM platforms requiring delete of emission control systems (EGR/DPF/SCR/NOx).

When is the service needed?

If the cost of fixing your truck's emission systems is getting too expensive, this tuning service may be the solution. A derate, loss of power, poor fuel economy and costly downtime that keeps your truck off the road can be caused by a clogged DPF filter, a failing SCR system or a stuck EGR valve.

Our tuning service solves these problems by deleting DPF, SCR and EGR professionally through ECU software reprogramming. This helps eliminate some of the most common emissions related failures and lowers the ongoing maintenance costs associated with factory emissions equipment. And if you'd rather get ahead of the problem before it starts — this service is for you too. Proactively deleting these systems before they fail means you never have to deal with the repair bills in the first place.

Once tuned, your truck can run without constant regeneration issues, DEF system faults, repeated sensor failures or loss of performance from soot build-up and exhaust restrictions. This results in a more dependable truck with less downtime and less disruption.

Guides & Instructions

Tuning results

  • No DPF/SCR/EGR/NOx — related fault codes
  • No torque reduction
  • FREE HP upgrade to the maximum manufacturer setting for this CPL (Critical Parts List) and the vehicle specification
  • No unrelated parameters will be changed

Required hardware changes after tuning

Failure to complete these steps may result in fault codes, reduced performance, or engine damage.

  • Unplug all DPF/EGR/SCR system sensors
  • Physically block the EGR flow (install block-off plates or equivalent)
  • Physically remove the DPF (remove the filter entirely from the exhaust system)

Strongly recommended (for best reliability and performance):

  • Bypass or completely remove the SCR cans

Warranty Terms and Conditions

This service is covered by the D3LW™ Program — DrunkLab Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Warranty cases are resolved in priority order. The policy is “fix or return,” which means a full refund if it is impossible to fix the problem immediately.

Warranty cases are:

  • DPF/SCR/EGR/NOx — related fault code appears during truck usage period
  • DPF/SCR/EGR/NOx — related message is shown on the display
  • Torque derate caused by DPF/SCR/EGR/NOx fault codes

Non — warranty cases are:

  • ECU replacement (different ECU serial numbers detected than those stored into database during reprogramming)
  • Software update campaign performed (OEM software detected)
  • Copyright violation — tampering, cracking, or readout attempts detected (different fingerprint stored in the ECU)

Company advantages

  • Industry expertise: Extensive hands — on experience Cummins ECM tuning, delivering stable, accurate, and safe solutions.

  • Client-oriented approach: Clear legal terms, transparent communication, and long-term warranty coverage for added confidence.

Additional Information

It’s a remote Cummins ECU update that removes the engine’s dependence on emissions systems like EGR, DPF, SCR (DEF), and NOx, depending on your setup. Put simply, the truck is reprogrammed to run on its own logic without constantly checking or reacting to that emissions hardware.

This service is built for Cummins ISX CM2250 engines where emissions systems are deeply tied into how the engine runs. And this really simplifies the way the engine operates day to day.

On paper, the emissions setup on these trucks makes sense. In reality, especially with mileage, it often turns into a constant source of trouble. DPF filters clog, SCR systems throw DEF-related codes, and NOx sensors seem to fail right when you don’t need it. That’s when you start seeing repeated regens, warning lights, derates, and sometimes even shutdown risks.

A lot of owners end up stuck in the same loop — fix a sensor, replace a filter, clear codes — only for the problem to come back again. This service breaks that cycle by recalibrating the ECU so the engine no longer depends on emissions feedback to keep running.

After that, the truck just behaves more consistently. It stops chasing regen cycles, stops reacting to unreliable sensor data, and runs in a much more straightforward way. You’ll notice it most when the truck is under load or doing long runs — it simply feels steadier and less “busy.”

Key Benefits:

  • Disables EGR, DPF, SCR/DEF, and NOx systems (based on your setup)
  • Eliminates forced DPF regeneration cycles
  • Removes most DEF and NOx-related faults
  • Helps prevent derates and limp mode situations
  • Makes engine behavior more stable under load
  • Reduces downtime and ongoing maintenance costs
  • Performance tuning available
