Applicability
This remote tuning service is designed for Cummins ISM and ISMe 11L engines equipped with CM875 and CM876 ECM requiring delete of emission control systems (DPF/SCR).
When is the service needed?
If the cost of fixing your truck’s emission systems is getting too expensive, our remote tuning service may be the perfect solution.
Derates, loss of power, poor fuel economy, and costly downtime that keeps your truck off the road are often caused by a clogged DPF filter or a failing SCR system.
Our remote tuning service solves these problems by professionally deleting the DPF and SCR systems through ECU software reprogramming. This eliminates some of the most common emissions-related failures and significantly lowers the ongoing maintenance costs associated with factory emission equipment.
And if you’d rather get ahead of the problem before it starts — this service is for you too. Proactively deleting these systems before they fail means you’ll never have to deal with those expensive repair bills in the first place. Once tuned, your truck will run without constant regeneration issues, DEF system faults, repeated sensor failures, or loss of performance from soot buildup and exhaust restrictions. The result is a more dependable truck with less downtime and fewer disruptions.
Legal framework usage of this service
This is ECM tuning (adjustment) service. The result of this service is improvement the performance characteristics of customer’s equipment.
The service may require additional hardware and/or software tools on the Customer side. See “Equipment requirements” section for the details.
Terms and conditions are determined in the Public Offer Agreement. Full agreement text is located in the Agreement section of this website.
The ECM tuning may cause emission class change. Customer takes full responsibility of technical inspections and certification of his equipment regardless of his jurisdiction and local emissions regulations. DrunkLab LLC will not accept complaints due to certification incompatibilities.

Guides & Instructions
Tuning results
- No DPF/SCR — related fault codes
- No torque reduction
- FREE HP upgrade to the maximum manufacturer setting for this CPL (Critical Parts List) and the vehicle specification
- No unrelated parameters will be changed
Required hardware changes after tuning
Failure to complete these steps may result in fault codes, reduced performance, or engine damage.
- Unplug all DPF/SCR system sensors
- Physically remove the DPF (remove the filter entirely from the exhaust system)
Strongly recommended (for best reliability and performance):
- Bypass or completely remove the SCR cans
Warranty Terms and Conditions
This service is covered by the D3LW™ Program — DrunkLab Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Warranty cases are resolved in priority order. The policy is “fix or return,” which means a full refund if it is impossible to fix the problem immediately.
Warranty cases are:
- DPF/SCR — related fault code appears during truck usage period
- DPF/SCR — related message is shown on the display
- Torque derate caused by DPF/SCR fault codes
Non — warranty cases are:
- ECU replacement (different ECU serial numbers detected than those stored into database during reprogramming)
- Software update campaign performed (OEM software detected)
- Copyright violation — tampering, cracking, or readout attempts detected (different fingerprint stored in the ECU)

Additional Information
It’s a remote Cummins ECU recalibration that turns off the emissions systems — DPF, SCR (DEF) — depending on your truck’s setup. The engine is reprogrammed to run without relying on any of that emissions equipment.
These ISM and ISMe 11-liter engines are tough and generally very reliable, but once the DPF and SCR systems come into the picture, things tend to get complicated fast. In real-world conditions — especially with heavy loads, stop-and-go traffic, or high mileage — these emissions components often become the biggest source of headaches and downtime. Clogged filters, frequent regens, DEF faults, and failing NOx sensors can keep you in the shop way more than you’d like.
Instead of constantly fixing the same problems over and over, this delete service goes straight to the root. The ECU is recalibrated so the engine no longer needs the DPF, SCR, or NOx sensors to operate. After the programming, forced regens stop, warning lights disappear, and the engine runs much smoother and more consistently, especially when working hard.
Most operators notice the difference right away: fewer interruptions, no more random derates, and way less time spent chasing fault codes.
Key Benefits:
- Disables DPF, SCR/DEF, and NOx systems (based on your setup)
- Completely eliminates forced regeneration cycles
- Removes most DEF-related faults and NOx sensor issues
- Helps prevent derates and sudden power loss
- Smoother, more consistent performance under load
- Significantly reduces maintenance and downtime
- Makes diagnostics simpler
- Performance tuning available
