Description

Professional DPF/EGR/SCR delete tuning for Cummins USA engines is available remotely via TeamViewer. The entire reprogramming session is performed directly through your laptop connected to the truck, and the process typically takes no more than 25 minutes from start to finish. We also provide a limited lifetime warranty on the results of our work. No more torque reduction issues.

To get started, select your preferred date and time for the remote appointment and provide any additional required truck information.

Applicability

This remote tuning service is designed for Cummins ISB, ISC, ISD, ISL engines equipped with CM2150, CM2250, and CM2350 ECM platforms requiring delete of emission control systems (DEF/DPF/EGR).

When is the service needed?

If the cost of fixing your truck's emission systems is getting too expensive, this tuning service may be the solution. A derate, loss of power, poor fuel economy and costly downtime that keeps your truck off the road can be caused by a clogged DPF filter, a failing DEF system or a stuck EGR valve.

Our tuning service solves these problems by deleting DPF, DEF and EGR professionally through ECU software reprogramming. This helps eliminate some of the most common emissions related failures and lowers the ongoing maintenance costs associated with factory emissions equipment. And if you'd rather get ahead of the problem before it starts — this service is for you too. Proactively deleting these systems before they fail means you never have to deal with the repair bills in the first place.

Once tuned, your truck can run without constant regeneration issues, DEF fluid faults, repeated sensor failures or loss of performance from soot build-up and exhaust restrictions. This results in a more dependable truck with less downtime and less disruption.

Guides & Instructions

Tuning results

  • No DPF/DEF/EGR — related fault codes
  • No torque reduction
  • FREE HP upgrade to the maximum manufacturer setting for this CPL (Critical Parts List) and the vehicle specification
  • No unrelated parameters will be changed

Required hardware changes after tuning

Failure to complete these steps may result in fault codes, reduced performance, or engine damage.

  • Unplug all DPF/DEF/EGR system sensors
  • Physically block the EGR flow (install block-off plates or equivalent)
  • Physically remove the DPF (remove the filter entirely from the exhaust system)

Strongly recommended (for best reliability and performance):

  • Bypass or completely remove the DEF cans

Warranty Terms and Conditions

This service is covered by the D3LW™ Program — DrunkLab Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Warranty cases are resolved in priority order. The policy is “fix or return,” which means a full refund if it is impossible to fix the problem immediately.

Warranty cases are:

  • DPF/DEF/EGR — related fault code appears during truck usage period
  • DPF/DEF/EGR — related message is shown on the display
  • Torque derate caused by DPF/DEF/EGR fault codes

Non — warranty cases are:

  • ECU replacement (different ECU serial numbers detected than those stored into database during reprogramming)
  • Software update campaign performed (OEM software detected)
  • Copyright violation — tampering, cracking, or readout attempts detected (different fingerprint stored in the ECU)

Company advantages

  • Industry expertise: Extensive hands — on experience Cummins ECM tuning, delivering stable, accurate, and safe solutions.
  • Quick remote service: Fast remote tuning sessions through TeamViewer with flexible weekday scheduling, short turnaround times, and complimentary HP updates.
  • Dependable assistance: 24/7 support via chat and WhatsApp (+995 555 535 577), fast warranty handling, and careful tuning without unnecessary parameter modifications
  • Client-oriented approach: Clear legal terms, transparent communication, and long-term warranty coverage for added confidence.

Additional Information

This is a remote ECU recalibration service for Cummins ISB, ISD, and ISL engines with CM2250 and CM2350 control modules. In simple terms, we adjust the engine software so it no longer relies on emissions systems like DEF (SCR), DPF, and EGR, depending on how the engine is configured.

These engines are everywhere in the real world — box trucks, buses, delivery fleets, and municipal equipment. They’re solid engines mechanically, but over time the emissions systems tend to become the weak point. That’s usually where the downtime starts.

Instead of dealing with constant DEF warnings, clogged DPF filters, or EGR-related carbon issues, the ECU is reprogrammed so the engine runs without depending on those systems.

Why people use this service

Most truckers don’t start with problems — they just get them over time. As mileage builds up, emissions systems become less reliable and more expensive to maintain. The typical cycle looks familiar:

  • DPF regenerations happening more and more often
  • DEF quality or dosing faults appearing randomly
  • NOx sensors failing without warning
  • EGR valves sticking from soot buildup
  • Sudden derates or limp mode that stop the truck working

At that point, it’s not about performance anymore — it’s about keeping the vehicle on the road. This service removes those emissions-related triggers in the ECU so the engine stops reacting to them.

What you actually notice after the update

Once the tuning is done, the engine simply stops managing emissions systems. In everyday driving, that usually means:

  • No forced regeneration cycles interrupting work
  • No DEF-related warnings or shutdown risks
  • Much fewer fault codes on the dash
  • More consistent power when the engine is under load
  • No random derates or limp mode events

The truck doesn’t feel “faster” in a dramatic way — it just feels more stable and predictable, especially when it’s working hard or sitting in traffic.

Free HP upgrade to the maximum manufacturer-approved setting for your engine configuration.

Key Benefits:

  • Removes DEF (SCR), DPF, and EGR control logic depending on setup
  • Stops forced DPF regenerations
  • Reduces emissions-related faults and sensor failures
  • Helps eliminate limp mode and derate issues
  • Improves overall consistency in daily operation
  • Reduces downtime and unnecessary service interruptions
  • Performance tuning available if needed
