Applicability
This remote tuning service is designed for Cummins ISB and ISD engines equipped with CM2350 ECM platforms commonly used in European DAF truck applications.
When is the service needed?
If the cost of fixing your truck's emission systems is getting too expensive, this tuning service may be the solution. A derate, loss of power, poor fuel economy and costly downtime that keeps your truck off the road can be caused by a clogged DPF filter, a failing DEF (AdBlue) system or a stuck EGR valve.
Our tuning service solves these problems by deleting DPF, AdBlue and EGR professionally through ECU software reprogramming. This helps eliminate some of the most common emissions related failures and lowers the ongoing maintenance costs associated with factory emissions equipment. And if you'd rather get ahead of the problem before it starts -this service is for you too. Proactively deleting these systems before they fail means you never have to deal with the repair bills in the first place.
Once tuned, your truck can run without constant regeneration issues, DEF (AdBlue) system faults, repeated sensor failures or loss of performance from soot build-up and exhaust restrictions. This results in a more dependable truck with less downtime and less disruption.
Legal framework usage of this service
This is ECM tuning (adjustment) service. The result of this service is improvement the performance characteristics of customer’s equipment.
The service may require additional hardware and/or software tools on the Customer side. See “Equipment requirements” section for the details.
Terms and conditions are determined in the Public Offer Agreement. Full agreement text is located in the Agreement section of this website.
The ECM tuning may cause emission class change. Customer takes full responsibility of technical inspections and certification of his equipment regardless of his jurisdiction and local emissions regulations. DrunkLab LLC will not accept complaints due to certification incompatibilities.

Guides & Instructions
Tuning results
- No DPF/SCR(AdBlue)/EGR/NOx - related fault codes
- No torque reduction
- FREE HP upgrade to the maximum manufacturer setting for this CPL (Critical Parts List) and the vehicle specification
- No unrelated parameters will be changed
Required hardware changes after tuning
Failure to complete these steps may result in fault codes, reduced performance, or engine damage.
- Unplug all DPF/EGR/SCR system sensors
- Physically block the EGR flow (install block-off plates or equivalent)
- Physically remove the DPF (remove the filter entirely from the exhaust system)
- Remove the exhaust temperature lamp for some cluster versions, if applicable
Strongly recommended (for best reliability and performance):
- Bypass or completely remove the AdBlue cans
Warranty Terms and Conditions
This service is covered by the D3LW™ Program — DrunkLab Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Warranty cases are resolved in priority order. The policy is “fix or return,” which means a full refund if it is impossible to fix the problem immediately.
Warranty cases are:
- DPF/EGR/AdBlue - related fault code appears during truck usage period
- DPF/EGR/AdBlue - related message is shown on the display
- Torque derate caused by DPF/EGR/AdBlue fault codes
Non — warranty cases are:
- ECU replacement (different ECU serial numbers detected than those stored into database during reprogramming)
- Software update campaign performed (OEM software detected)
- Copyright violation — tampering, cracking, or readout attempts detected (different fingerprint stored in the ECU)

Additional Information
This is a remote ECU reprogramming that turns off the main emissions systems on Cummins ISB and ISD CM2350 engines, which are commonly used in European trucks, especially DAF models. It disables the AdBlue (SCR), DPF, and EGR systems (depending on your truck’s configuration). As a result, you get rid of forced regenerations, annoying AdBlue faults, and those sudden derates that always seem to happen at the worst possible time.
This service is specifically for Cummins ISB and ISD CM2350 engines used in DAF and other European trucks. While these engines are generally reliable mechanically, their emissions systems often become a major source of frustration as the mileage climbs.
In everyday use, drivers frequently deal with AdBlue warnings, constant DPF regenerations, and occasional limp mode situations. Even when everything is “working normally,” these systems add a lot of complexity and unplanned downtime.
The goal of this service is to simplify the engine management. We retune the ECU so it no longer relies on inputs from the DPF, AdBlue (SCR), or EGR systems.
After the modification, the truck usually becomes noticeably more straightforward to drive — fewer warning lights, no forced regens, and much more consistent performance, especially when loaded or on long runs.
Performance tuning can be added.
Key Benefits:
- Disables AdBlue (SCR), DPF, and EGR control logic
- Eliminates DEF warnings, dosing faults, and shutdown risks
- Stops forced DPF regeneration cycles
- Reduces EGR-related carbon buildup and failures
- Improves drivability and stability under load
- Helps prevent limp mode and unexpected derates
- Makes long-term maintenance simpler
- Performance tuning available
