Legal framework usage of this service
This is ECM tuning (adjustment) service. The result of this service is changing the performance characteristics of customer’s equipment.
The service may require additional hardware and/or software tools on the Customer side. See “Equipment Requirements” section for the details.
Terms and conditions are determined in the Public Agreement. Full agreement text is located in the Agreement section of this website.
The ECM tuning may cause emission certification class change. Customer takes full responsibility of tehnical inspections and certification of his equipment regardless of his jurisdiction and local emissions regulations. DrunkLab do not accept returns due to certification incompatibilities.
How-To
- Select desired time of your service to book engineer to support you. Please note that our engineers are available on business days from 06:00 to 22:00 UTC (Monday-Friday from 6AM to 10PM by GMT). Weekends are out of service.
- Fill the form VIN or chassis ID field under the calendar.
- Make sure that your wallet balance is enough to pay for the selected service.
- Use any option shown at the order confirmation page to contact us on the booked time.
- If you have time corrections and/or any technical questions feel free to contact us.
- Make sure your laptop, communication interface and TeamViewer are working properly.
- Unplug all emission control components before programming.
- Share your TeamViewer credentials with our support team in the support chat 5-10 min before the scheduled time.
- By the planned time Remove EGR valve, EGR DeltaP sensor, EGR temperature sensor and TCI sensor.
- Once operation completed check that no one emission-related code is active. You can use truck’s info display or DDDL.
Aftertreatment instructions
ATTENTION! After applying our service: VGT/EGR systems sensors should be unplugged and EGR flow should be blocked.Equipment requirements
- Laptop/PC/VM with Windows Vista, 7, 8, 10, 11.
- Communication adapter: any RP1210A (Nexiq, Noregon, DPA etc).
- TeamViewer (download latest version from www.teamviewer.com).
- Fast and stable internet connection (at least 50 Mb/s).
Warranty terms and conditions
This product is covered by D3LW™ program. D3LW is DrunkLab Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Warranty cases are solved in priority order. Policy is “fix or return”, that means full refund in case of impossibility to fix the problem immediately.
Warranty cases are:
- EGR-related fault code appears during truck usage period.
- EGR-related message is shown on the display
- Torque derate caused by EGR fault codes
Non-warranty cases are:
- ECU replacement (different ECU serial numbers detected than stored into database during reprogramming)
- Software update campaign performed (OEM software detected)
- Copyright violation/ Cracking/readout attempts detected
