Please select your preferred date and time for the appointment, and provide any additional required information.

Complete deletion of the DPF/SCR/EGR systems is available on trucks with manual transmissions only.

Note for EPA13:
• For trucks with automatic transmissions, only the DPF/SCR delete options will be applied
• The EGR delete option is not provided on trucks with automatic transmissions due to incorrect gearshifting
• If you have an automatic transmission and still want the EGR delete option, please let us know. In this case, no warranty will be provided

After completion of the operation:
• The ACM must remain connected and powered
• The DEF pump must remain unplugged
• If the EGR delete option is applied: the EGR valve must be unplugged and the flow must be blocked

Main features:
• No DPF/EGR/SCR-related fault codes
• No torque reduction
• Aproximately 30 minutes for each programming
• FREE HP upgrade to the maximum manufacturer-approved setting for your engine configuration
• No unrelated parameters will be changed

Equipment requirements are simple. Please refer to the “Equipment Requirements” tab for the full list.

Aftertreatment instructions

REQUIRED HARDWARE CHANGES AFTER TUNING
Failure to complete these steps may result in fault codes, reduced performance, or engine damage

  • DPF/EGR/DEF system sensors must be unplugged
  • Physically block the EGR flow (install block-off plates or equivalent)
  • The ACM (Aftertreatment Control Module) must remain connected
  • The DEF pump must be electrically disconnected
  • Physically remove the DPF (remove the filter entirely from the exhaust system)

Strongly recommended (for best reliability and performance):

  • Bypass or completely remove the SCR cans

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
We delete EGR on vehicles with automatic transmission released after 2011 only at the customer's request, because the EGR system must remain operational to avoid incorrect gear shifting. In this case, you don't need to unplug EGR sensors and block the EGR flow.

Equipment requirements:

• Laptop/PC/VM with Windows Vista, 7, 8, 10, 11
• Communication adapter: RP1210C-compatible device (Nexiq USB-Link 1/2, Noregon DLA, DPA5, Inline 6)
• Not recommended for Detroit Diesel tuning: Nexiq 3, DLA3, Scanmatik, Jaltest — due to unstable communication with truck
• TeamViewer (download the latest version from www.teamviewer.com)

Booked 30 min out, technician promptly logged in and took care of the job from start to finish. Communicated when my diag cable was not cooperating, sorted that out, job complete and truck back on the road making money.
