Legal framework usage of this service
This is ECM tuning (adjustment) service. The result of this service is improvement the performance characteristics of customer’s equipment.
The service may require additional hardware and/or software tools on the Customer side. See “Equipment requirements” section for the details.
Terms and conditions are determined in the Public Offer Agreement. Full agreement text is located in the Agreement section of this website.
The ECM tuning may cause emission class change. Customer takes full responsibility of technical inspections and certification of his equipment regardless of his jurisdiction and local emissions regulations. DrunkLab LLC will not accept complaints due to certification incompatibilities.
How-To
- Select desired time of your service to book engineer to support you. Please note that our engineers are available on business days from 06:00 to 22:00 UTC.
(Monday-Friday from 6AM to 10PM by GMT). Weekends are out of service. - Fill the Engine Serial Number (ESN) field under the calendar.
- Make sure that your wallet balance is enough to pay for the selected service.
- Use any option shown at the order confirmation page to contact us on the booked time.
- If you have time corrections and/or any technical questions feel free to contact us.
- Make sure your laptop, communication interface, required version of diagnostic software (Insite) and TeamViewer are working properly.
- Unplug all emission control components before programming.
- Share your TeamViewer credentials with our support team in the support chat 5-10 min before the scheduled time.
Aftertreatment instructions
ATTENTION! After applying our service: DEF/DPF/EGR systems sensors should be unplugged and EGR flow should be blocked.Equipment requirements
- Laptop/PC/VM with Windows Vista, 7, 8, 10, 11.
- Communication adapter: RP1210C compatible device (Nexiq USB-Link, Noregon DLA , DPA5, Inline6, etc).
- TeamViewer (download latest version from www.teamviewer.com).
- Cummins Insite 8.5.2 or 8.7.x.
Warranty terms and conditions
This product is covered by D3LW™ program. D3LW is DrunkLab Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Warranty cases are resolved in priority order. Policy is “fix or return”, that means full refund in case of impossibility to fix the problem immediately.
Warranty cases are:
- EGR/DPF/SCR/NOx-related fault code appears during truck usage period.
- EGR/DPF/SCR/NOx-related message is shown on the display.
- Torque derate caused by EGR/DPF fault codes.
Non-warranty cases are:
- ECU replacement (different ECU serial numbers detected than stored into database during reprogramming).
- Software update campaign performed (OEM software detected).
- Copyright violation. Cracking/readout attempts detected (different fingerprint is stored in the ECU).

Booked first appointment of the day after confirming that I had the right options picked out through the 24 hour support line.
Technicians let me know they would be available 30 min before my appointment time which actually worked better for me. Hooked up and was done in less than 30 minutes!
Equipment no longer has nuisance codes. Running great.
