Description

Professional DPF and SCR/DEF delete tuning for MP7/MP8/MP10 and D11/D13/D16 US14–US17 engines (Mack and Volvo trucks) is available through the Mochester App. This service includes a DEF/AdBlue level gauge adjustment option. This means the DEF level display will be properly calibrated and will not remain stuck at empty or constantly show a full reading (“gauge erection” solution by DrunkLab). The entire programming process is performed remotely using your communication adapter, the VLOMINGO Tuning Adapter, and a laptop. The process is fast, safe, and typically completed in 20 minutes or less. We also provide a limited lifetime warranty on our work.

To begin, simply install the Mochester App connect the VLOMINGO Tuning Adapter to the ECM, and follow the step-by-step instructions.

Required hardware changes after tuning

ATTENTION! After applying our DPF/SCR delete service:

  • ACM (Aftertreatment Control Module) and both NOx sensors must remain unplugged indefinitely! Plugging them back in will cause a “soot level high” message and immediate engine derate!
  • The DPF must be removed physically
  • We also strongly recommend bypassing the SCR cans or removing them

Warranty Terms and Conditions

This product is covered by D3LW™ program. D3LW is DrunkLab Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Warranty cases are resolved in priority order. The policy is “fix or return,” which means a full refund if it is impossible to fix the problem immediately.

Warranty cases are:

  • Configuration errors
  • ECM memory — related fault codes appear after flashing
  • Aftertreatment system fault codes (not including instrument cluster reagent level code)

Non — warranty cases are:

  • ECU replacement (different ECU serial numbers detected than stored into database during reprogramming)
  • Software update campaign performed (different software detected)
  • ACM connection after programming (for trucks not equipped with a retarder)
  • Cracking/readout attempts detected (different fingerprint is stored into ECU)

It’s a remote ECU recalibration done straight through the OBD port that completely disables the SCR (AdBlue/DEF) and DPF systems in the engine software. This gets rid of all those forced regeneration cycles and emissions-related fault codes that keep causing headaches and unexpected downtime.

This service is made for Mack and Volvo trucks, Prevost and Volvo buses with the V3 ECU platform from 2014 onwards. We handle everything remotely through the diagnostic port — no need to open the ECU or pull it out.

In everyday bus operation, especially on city routes with all the stopping and starting, the DPF and SCR systems can become a real pain. Constant regens, DEF quality issues, NOx sensor faults, and clogged filters end up messing up schedules and driving up maintenance costs.
