This service is for you in case of:

  • ECU replacement.
  • Removing of somebody’s software tuning.
  • You have a dealer access, but don’t have permissions to download ECU software.
  • You don’t have dealer access and want to flash the ECU.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:No additional tuning provided. Orders commented as “Original, but no DPF/EGR please” and similar will be cancelled automatically.

Disclaimer: If the law in your country prohibits this kind of programming don’t order this service! DrunkLab LLC doesn’t accept any returns due to law incompatibility. All legal responsibility is on the client. We also don’t accept warranty claims if ECU software has been updated by dealer after tuning. Please pay your attention: by clicking “SET APPOINTMENT” you sign that you have read, understood and agree with this information.

  1. Select desired time of your service to book engineer to support you. Please note that our engineers are available on business days from 06:00 to 21:30 UTC ( Monday-Friday from 6AM to 9:30PM by GMT).
  2. Fill the form field VIN or chassis ID below the calendar.
  3. Make sure that your wallet balance is enough to pay for the selected service.
  4. Use any option shown at the order confirmation page to contact us on the booked time.
  5. If you have time corrections and/or any technical questions feel free to contact us.
  6. Make sure your laptop, communication interface, diagnostic software (TechTool) and TeamViewer are working properly.
  7. Unplug all non-OEM datalink devices, if installed: emulators, ELDs etc.
  8. Share your TeamViewer credentials with our support team through any communication channel 5-10 min before the scheduled time.

Equipment requirements

  • Laptop/PC/VM with Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10.
  • Communication adapter: 88890020, VoCom or ANY RP1210C (Nexiq USB-Link, Noregon DLA , DPA5, Inline6, etc).
  • TeamViewer (download latest version from www.teamviewer.com).
  • Fast and stable internet connection (at least 50 Mb/s).

Warranty terms and conditions

Warranty cases are solved in priority order. Policy is “fix or return”, that means full refund in case of impossibility to fix the problem immediately.

Warranty cases are:

  • EGR/DPF/SCR – related fault code appears during truck usage period (not including reagent level code in the instrument cluster).
  • EGR/DPF/SCR – related message is shown on the dashboard (not including DPF alert message on the Mack dashboards).
  • Configuration errors
  • ECM memory checksum errors

Non-warranty cases are:

  • ECU replacement (different serial number of the ECU detected than stored into database during flashing).
  • Software update campaign performed (OEM software detected).
  • Copyright violation. Cracking/readout attempts detected (different fingerprint is stored in ECU).
