Communication adapter: 88890020, VoCom or ANY RP1210C (Nexiq USB-Link, Noregon DLA , DPA5, Inline6, etc).

TeamViewer (download latest version from www.teamviewer.com).

Fast and stable internet connection (at least 50 Mb/s).

Complete deleting of the SCR/DPF/EGR systems is available on trucks with a manual transmission only. The SCR/DPF ONLY delete options will be applied for trucks equipped with an automatic transmission. We do not provide the EGR delete option on these trucks due to incorrect gearshifting.

After completion of operation, the ACM must remain connected and powered, and the DEF pump must remain unplugged. For truck with manual transmission: the EGR valve must be unplugged and the flow must be blocked.

Legal framework usage of this service

This is ECM tuning (adjustment) service. The result of this service is improvement the performance characteristics of customer’s equipment.

The service may require additional hardware and/or software tools on the Customer side. See “Equipment requirements” section for the details.

Terms and conditions are determined in the Public Offer Agreement. Full agreement text is located in the Agreement section of this website.

The ECM tuning may cause emission class change. Customer takes full responsibility of technical inspections and certification of his equipment regardless of his jurisdiction and local emissions regulations. DrunkLab LLC will not accept complaints due to certification incompatibilities.

How-To

Select desired time of your service to book engineer to support you. Please note that our engineers are available on business days from 06:00 to 22:00 UTC.
(Monday-Friday from 6AM to 10PM by GMT). Weekends are out of service.
Fill the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) field under the calendar.
Make sure that your wallet balance is enough to pay for the selected service.
Use any option shown at the order confirmation page to contact us on the booked time.
If you have time corrections and/or any technical questions feel free to contact us.
Make sure your laptop, communication interface, required version of diagnostic software and TeamViewer are working properly.
Unplug all emission control components before programming.
Share your TeamViewer credentials with our support team in the support chat 5-10 min before the scheduled time.

Aftertreatment instructions

ATTENTION! After applying our service: DEF/DPF/EGR systems sensors should be unplugged and EGR flow should be blocked. The ACM (Aftertreatment Control Module) should remain connected but the DEF pump should be electrically disconnected. The DPF should be removed physically. We also strongly recommend bypassing the SCR cans or removing them. IMPORTANT NOTE: We delete EGR on vehicles with automatic transmission only at the customer's request, because the EGR system must remain operational to avoid incorrect gear shifting. In this case, you don't need to unplug EGR sensors and block the EGR flow.

Warranty terms and conditions

This product is covered by D3LW™ program. D3LW is DrunkLab Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Warranty cases are resolved in priority order. Policy is “fix or return”, that means full refund in case of impossibility to fix the problem immediately.

Warranty cases are:

EGR/DPF/SCR/NOx-related fault code appears during truck usage period.
EGR/DPF/SCR/NOx-related message is shown on the display.
Torque derate caused by EGR/DPF fault codes.

Non-warranty cases are:

ECU replacement (different ECU serial numbers detected than stored into database during reprogramming).
Software update campaign performed (OEM software detected).
Copyright violation. Cracking/readout attempts detected (different fingerprint is stored in the ECU).
