  1. Select desired time of your service to book engineer to support you. Please note that our engineers are available on business days  from 06:00 to 19:30 UTC ( Monday-Friday from 6AM to 7:30PM by GMT). Weekends are out of service.
  2. Fill the Engine serial number (ESN) field under the calendar.
  3. Make sure that your wallet balance is enough to pay for the selected service.
  4. Use any option shown at the order confirmation page to contact us on the booked time.
  5. If you have time corrections and/or any technical questions feel free to contact us.
  6. Make sure your laptop, communication interface, diagnostic software (Insite) and TeamViewer are working properly.
  7. Unplug all emission control components before programming.
  8. Share your TeamViewer credentials with our support team through any communication channel 5-10 min before the scheduled time.

Equipment requirements

  • Laptop/PC/VM with Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10, 11.
  • Communication adapter: RP1210C compatible device (Nexiq USB-Link, Noregon DLA , DPA5, Inline6, etc).
  • TeamViewer (download latest version from www.teamviewer.com).
  • Cummins Insite 7.6 (Note: Insite 8.x is not supported yet).

Warranty terms and conditions

This product is covered by D3LW™ program. D3LW is DrunkLab Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Warranty cases are resolved in priority order. Policy is “fix or return”, that means full refund in case of impossibility to fix the problem immediately.

Warranty cases are:

  • EGR/DPF/SCR/NOx-related fault code appears during truck usage period
  • EGR/DPF/SCR/NOx-related message is shown on the display
  • Torque derate caused by EGR/DPF fault codes

Non-warranty cases are:

  • ECU replacement (different ECU serial numbers detected than stored into database during reprogramming)
  • Software update campaign performed (OEM software detected)
  • Copyright violation. Cracking/readout attempts detected (different fingerprint is stored in the ECU)
Please note that all paid services in Mochester 4 App (remote tuning without TeamViewer) are provided with online assistance of our engineers. Engineers are available every day from 06:00 to 21:30 UTC ( Sunday-Saturday from 6AM to 9:30PM by GMT). Time period restriction is temporal and we are working hard to return to you with 24/7 service.
