1. Select the desired service in the Store and top up Wallet by the amount not less than the service price. 

Warranty requests are free of charge, depositing funds to the account is not required. 

2. Download and install M4 application. Or run our old M3 application, it will update itself to the new version automatically. 

3. Log in to the app using the username and password from dl.ge. 

4. Connect your laptop to your truck/machine via any supported adapter (RP1210). 

5. Select the desired service in the app. 

6. Confirm the payment for the selected service using a one-time password. 

OTP can be received via SMS, through an authenticator or any other delivery method from the list (see communication channels in OTP Settings section). 

7. Sit back and stay in touch with us while we complete your order. 

We will provide you with instructions through the application chat, you can also ask us any question if necessary.

8. Read the final report and save/print it if necessary.
