How do i return the device under warranty?

Instructions for Return

1. Preparing the Package:

Pack the items securely and safely for transportation, using appropriate packaging materials.

2. Completing Customs Declaration:

Obtain a customs declaration form (CN22 or CN23) at the post office or online through the postal service website. Provide complete and accurate information about the items, including their description, quantity, value, and purpose.

Reason: warranty return

Price: 15$/each (or less, don’t exceed 100$ per package)

3. Choosing a Postal Service and Delivery Option:

Select a postal service that offers international delivery services from the USA to Georgia. (FedEx and etc.) Review different delivery options and choose one based on speed and cost.

4. Filling Out the Recipient’s Address:

Provide the precise mailing address of the legal entity in Georgia (a country, not a state in the USA!):

5. Paying for Delivery:

Pay for the delivery services of the package, selecting a convenient payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.).

6. Sending the Package:

Present the package and completed customs declaration form at the chosen post office or use online shipping services if available. Obtain a receipt or confirmation of shipment and retain it for tracking purposes.

7. Tracking Delivery:

Send to our email address, [email protected], the tracking number provided for the package and scan (photo) of the completed customs declaration.
